There is a product called myriaCross Floss from http://www.myriacross.com/ that is a floss converter to match up colors from one company to anoother and it includes the Red Heart yarns. To actually put them in PCStitch, you have to define them yourself and make your own palette. the myriaCross list of palettes does not include Red Heart.
Note - myriaCross products have an evaluation version but the full versions are not free. They also only seem to be officially supported up through Windows 7.
