I tried to download a pattern from EMS Cross Stitch Board and it is telling me that my product is not registered and I did register it when I bought it on-line can you give me any help with this. Thank you for your help.

Sometimes a re-install gives the registration message again. It is built into the install itself and does not check if the product has been registered. It does not hurt to register it again.
