| I think I started with version 6 and now have version 7 and Pro. I can't wait to learn more about using both versions. |

I started with 5 (bought through eBay), got upgraded to 7 and bought Pro for a special offer price. Must say I don't have much time to use it yet and using a laptop doesn't make it any easier, but I manage! TTFN Danielle

Hi Danielle
I think we know each other from somewhere else
I was never offered the Pro version on a special offer.

Christian,
The Pro version was available for a reduced price to the general public when it was first released.
I started with Version 7. I got it through Ellen Maurer-Stroh to help her out with her board.
I admit that I didn't pay money for my version of Pro. I paid with my fingers and my mind. I help beta-test it. That was a BLAST!!!!!
I like the file size of Standard (7) but the editing features of Pro. With export, I can put the two together (unless I need a "fancy" feature - such as petite stitches).

Christian,
We send out emails to all of our customers who we had email addresses for and postcards to all of our addresses in the US and Canada. We don't mean to exclude our international users, but it costs too much to do general mailings out of the country.
Users of older versions of PCStitch Pro can upgrade for $39.95. Just use the coupon code PCSPROUPG if you want to order form the web site.

Odd that I didn't get an e-mail from you, as I normally do when new things come out. It maybe went off into the ether.
Thanks for your reply

Hello everyone :)
My first version was 7, since I've only had the program for a year or so. I'm downloading the Pro version right now to give it a try, though I suspect I might not need the extra features, it would be neat to see what they are.

Hello all.
I'm an avid user of PCStitch and have all versions from 5 to pro. Not so sure I like the pro version though. Have been have some troubles. I think my favorite is vs.7. If they could take all that 7 offers and combine with the pro vs. then that would be a cross stitcher dream come true.... at least this cross stitcher...
