Hi I made a pattern that contains 100 rows and 100 columns, its too big for a graphghan pillow. So I started over again with 50 rows and 50 columns, it looked okay but when I asked it to print on 4 pages, it showed each page side by side.
I've tried to start over numerous times but without any luck.
I'm not sure what you mean by "each page side by side". Printing a 50x50 stitch pattern at the 4 pages you mentioned creates a 5 page printout - 4 pages for the design (with default 2 stitch overlay) and 1 page for the legend.
Could you explain more what you wanted? Include the count of the pattern (not that important except for the estimate of material usage). Also, what is a "graphgan pillow"?
GM. Graphghan pillow to me means crochet pillow with picture on it from graph. I have pillow inserts 12” & 26”. So I’m trying to get my graph to fitin one of them instead of using poly-fil. When I used inches I was getting 100 stitches. So I thought I’d try using stitches & that’s when I got into printing trouble. I agree with 5 pages, that what I got with the big one.
So, I gave up and decided to use the 100 x 100 stitch graph. I guess my picture can’t be reduced into a smaller size.
Are you trying for the stamped cross-stitch? I've never tried that -- that's not really what PCStitch is designed to do. It's designed to give you just the pattern to refer to while you manually stitch on a grid. In that case, the number of pages is meaningless. What is more important is the number of stitches your specific pillow will allow.
How you do it for stamped cross stitch, I have no idea.
