I have a pattern that uses a color 3 times; one for backstitches, one for Algerian eye stitch, and one for star stitch. How can I change the color of the backstitch so it would be easier to identify which backstitch is which?
The stiches are only 2 threads across, so it is hard to see the change in the line style.

How do you post a suggestion for next version?

If the same color is used for different things in a very close area, it can be difficult. If the backstitches are used in a different areas than the others, you can mark an area on the design and say to change all of one color to another ONLY IN THAT AREA. That might require you to move and mark multiple areas to get all the stitches and you may still have to change a few individually.

Another idea is to TEMPORARILY change the two specialty stitches to a different color, then do a change all on the color to get the backstitches. Then change that temporary color back to the original color.

A third idea is to change all three types of stitches and then change the two specialty stitches back.

Just setting a color that defines one type of stitch is not possible at this time but you can post it as a suggestion for a future version of PCStitch.
