Lately I have been using a lot of Cosmo floss. Is there any way to import the floss range?

The Floss Editor is found under the "Enhancements" Tab. It's in several segments but the far right option is "Floss Editor".

I don't know how to use it -- I've never tried. The helps, including the PDF included with the software should help.

Where do you find the built in floss editor

There is a built-in floss editor where you can define your own flosses. I don't know how it is used because I've never used it but you can use that to create your Cosmo Floss.
