I recently purchased PCstitch standard online, receiving the unlock key as soon as I made the purchase. However, the multiple times I've tried entering the key, I've been getting an error stating the key is invalid.

I've tried writing to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. I'd like to use the software I purchased, but am unable to do so.

Are there any other solutions available? The e-mail I got when I purchased the program stated I could try calling the customer service phone number above, but they didn't include a phone number.

Thanks for any help anyone has.

First of all, I suggest trying the key one more time VERY carefully. Don't manually enter it. CAREFULLY mark and copy the unlock code from the email and paste it in the field when trying to unlock it. It should give a message of checking (it checks with the site so the internet must be active at that time).

If that does not work, I recommend you email Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com . I would say use "Contact Us" but you indicate you have done that and it hasn't worked. Mark should be able to determine why you are having a problem.
