Posted - 12/01/2009 : 22:19:58 Just found something else out. You can't make font size bigger than 30. So, this upgraded version is useless to me! |

Posted - 12/01/2009 : 08:10:23 That preview of the stitched font was lost with Pro 8. The way they did it, they couldn't figure out how to put that in and make it look right from what I understand. You can "edit" the fonts to get a look at them that way or just make a guess.

Posted - 11/30/2009 : 22:39:15 Thanks. That is what I meant. It will convert them one at a time.
I just started playing with this today. I do not like the text option for stitched fonts. You can click on what number or name you want to use, but it doesn't show you what it looks like. Or am I missing something? |

Posted - 11/30/2009 : 22:00:44 When you install 9, it will recognize that there are other libraries and ask if it should import them. Say yes. You will only have to do this once.
However, for every library imported this way, you will have to "convert". Version 7 stored the libraries differently than 8 or 9 do. You have to do each one individually and the time required will vary depending on how many motifs are in each library. You just have to be patient. Again, it's a one time conversion. You don't have to do them again and you can do them slowly, a few every day or so. Take your time and relax doing it. Maybe stitch while you wait for it to convert.
