I just purchased PC Stitch 7 after having the pattern viewer on my computer for some time. I have two questions please. First, how can I get the charts from the pattern viewer to the actual program library? Second, when I try to assigns symbols to colors the symbol chart show only blank squares with no options to add my own symbols. The program shows on three tutorials so I'm completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean about moving the patterns. They should be on your hard drive already, you just need to navigate to the right folder when you select Open from the File menu in PCStitch 7.

Symbols are Truetype fonts, so there is really no way to define your own unless you have a font editing program. You can change the symbol font to other TrueType fonts that you have on your pc.
