Hi. I just received my PCStitch7 this weekend. I imported 3 photos of my 3 dogs, just their eyes, really. It doesn't look to me like backstitching is necessary. I printed the patterns with maximum 50 colors and they look detailed enough. Has anybody done the photos and know the answer?
Appreciate any input,
Thanks,
julie77

Thanks, I'll just wait until I have done all the cross stitching and then see if it needs more!

Backstitching or fractional or any special stitches are never required. it is always a personal opinion.

It is your design. If you don't think that backstitching is necessary, then it's not necessary. Enjoy stitching your doggies!
