Is there a way to merge two colours in your pattern so they are both represented by the same symbol and floss colour?

Click the color in your palette that you want to keep, and drag it over the top of the color you want to replace and drop it. Then select replace from the popup menu that appears, and it should change all of the stitches from the old color to the new color and remove the old color from your palette.
