Hello
I am Brazilian and I don't speak English, this message is being written with a translator's help. In the beginning of the year I acquired the product PC Stitch Pro, after that I had several problems with my computer and I don't have more the series number, and the purchase was made by download.
At that time I used my credit card Master Card, he/she would like to know if there is a way to recover the key because in spite of in the net there to be some I don't like programs pirates, because I am professional of the computer science area and I have ethics.
If possible to verify your registrations and to locate purchase I would be very happy if they supplied me the key.

To get your key reset, you need to send an email to CustomerService@pcstitch.com. Include your original order number if you have it and also include the name the software was purchased under.
