I would like to change some of the colors of DMC to better reflect their true colors on my monitor. I have tried to do this in Floss Editor, but the changes I make do not seem to stick. They continue to revert back to their original shades.

I have been able to adjust colors in many other products, such as Kreinik, Rainbow Gallery threads, and Mill Hill beads. Those all seem to save my changes, but DMC does not.

Does anyone know why this may be, and what I can do about it?

TIA

He may be on vacation -- it's that time of year. You might try him again or use the contact us point to contact the company itself.

For that -- I have to refer to you Mark. Check his profile for his email.

Good Luck,
