Hi,

I need to (re)install PC Stitch Pro on a new PC running with Windows7. Previously it was installed on a PC which is KO.

I purchased the software from Internet (on your site) and I think I need to have a new key to unlock it.

I saved the program and the update on an external drive.

Please could you tell me what I have to do and if it is possible to provide me this unlock key ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Best regards

As a remind I live in France and the date format is dd/mm/yyyy

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I have reinstalled the software and used the unlock key previously provided and all is OK now.

Best regards

You might be able to re-use the same key. I would try it. The worst thing that will happen is it won't work.

If it doesn't, then use the contact point to explain the problem. If you don't get an answer in a reasonable time (sometimes things go crazy and emails aren't always found right away), check Mark's profile on this board and send him an email explaining the situation.

I know I was able to transition my PCStitch 10 from my Vista machine to my current Windows 7 machine more than 2 years ago and used the same key.

Good Luck,

Diane
