I fixed the problem by reinstalling the program. Thanks.

It sounds like you are using the free evaluation form of the program. If you should have it licensed, make sure you follow the procedure or contact Mark on the problem.

When I try to use import wizard I get an error message saying I need a license to use actice control. It won't open.

I've found the tutorial on importing images to be very helpful. Click Help then Tutorials. The one you want is "Tutorial 3: Creating a pattern from a graphic image".

Hello,

You start by choosing the "Import" option from the file menu. The import wizard screen will display taking you step-by-step through the import.

Sincerely,
Troy Riegle
