Posted - 09/09/2013 : 12:27:31 Is there a way to change the color of certain symbols? For instance, I want to show "Z" and "e" in red and "C" in green and the rest in black.
The same thing for back stitch. I'd like to show the back stitches for black in green, etc. I see in properties where I can change the backstitch style & number of strands, but there's no color.
I'm not printing, I just download the jpg file to my tablet & stitch from that. Right now I just have PCStitch Pro 8, but I will download a new version if that will help. |

As for the symbols, yes, you can select to have them in colored symbols. There are limits or you can have it show as the floss color.
When you select the symbol to be used for that color, select the color of the symbol from the drop-down symbol-color menu in the Symbols panel.
It reverts back to black each time you open the symbol panel so you would either have to leave it open if you want several symbols the same color or you would have to keep selecting it.
Diane There is no such thing as a stupid question
