I want to stitch a picture of my grandson. I saved the picture to my desktop as a JEP picture. When I open PC Stitch and try to import it, I cannot find it. How do you import photos to make cross stitch charts??

JEP? Are you sure you don't mean jpg? You need to know exactly what folder/file the image is located to import it. It also must be a recognized image format. There is a tutorial and with 10, a PDF help that explains the import feature.
