I downloaded the PrimoPDF but 3 different folders came up on my desktop. Which one should i use? I totally confused. thanks

you should NEVER have to load or directly activate PrimoPDF. When you go into any application that has a print option (such as Notepad), you should see this option when you click to Print.

I haven't upgraded my version in a while and I never let anything go to the desktop anyway so I have no idea what it set.

From Control Panel > Printers, you can adjust the PrimoPDF options.
