Posted - 07/31/2011 : 20:25:45 I was wondering.... the pattern pieces that we can get to help us design patterns.... if I create a pattern and use some of these can I sell it?

Posted - 08/02/2011 : 14:09:13 Well, Mark responded to my question. The answer is no... as these are licensed designs, they cannot be included in a pattern we (other designers) composite with the intent to sell.
SooooOOOOooooo.... I started working on some borders today.... hopefully they will be good enough to share.

Posted - 07/31/2011 : 21:05:47 That's what I was thinking... but I only "save" in PCS format... I "print" in pdf format.
I just wanted to double check. Do you have Mark's email? I sure don't want to take any chances.
Thanks bunches!

Posted - 07/31/2011 : 20:35:15 I think you can sell the patterns - however, you cannot sell them in PCStitch format unless the receiver also has the particular pattern library used. If the receiving person doesn't have the library, they cannot even open the pattern.
You might send an email directly to Mark. He would be the one to give you the definitive answer.
