When viewing patterns which I've done from my pictures with the Pattern viewer, I get an error notice. It works just fine when accessing a pattern I've downloaded from the PatternsOnline website. Why??
I also get an error notice when shutting down the PCStitch Pro program.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
Thanks so much.

Thank you so much, Mark. The program closes down perfectly! If I have any other problems I'll be in touch.

The easiest way to start Explorer is to hold down the "windows" key on your keyboard and press the 'e' key. Then expand the folder list from C: then Program Files (or Program Files (x86) if you have a 64 bit os) then PCStitch 9. You should see the cbarstate.dat file, and you can click it once to highlight it, then hit the Dekete key on your keyboard.

Mark, would you be able to let me know how to do this? I'm not that expert with the workings of computers.
Thank you very much. :-)

Somehow the permissions have gotten messed up on this file. Just go into Windows Explorer and delete it, and you shouldn't have a problem. The file gets recreated as needed.

Hi Mark, the first error message reads:
Access to the path "C:\program Files(x86)\PCStitchPro\Procbarstate.dat' is denied.

The second message reads: atMicrosoft.VisualBasic.FileSystem>Kill(StringPathName)
atPCStitch_Pro_2.ToolBars.SaveCommandBarState(String strStateString)
at PCStitch_Pro_2.fromMain.frmMain_Closing(Objectsender,cancel/EventArgs e)

Mark, the above messages show up when I'm shutting down the program.
