I would like to use specialty stitches in my designs but have not figured out how to make them smaller. For example, a simple smyrna cross over two. The only stitch available in the library is over too many threads for my design. I read an earlier post about custom stitches but when I click on the arrow and right click the mouse, all that happens is my symbol disappears and I have to add it in again! Thanks...

You can't re-size an existing specialty stitch. You would have to create a new version of the stitch that is smaller and save it as a new specialty stitch.
