While playing around trying to create my own patterns in Pro I notice that the pattern cannot be saved as a .jpeg file. It ends up as a bitmap file. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Quin,

I cheated! I bookmarked that page so I can review it without upgrading. My "default" browser is MIE and I normally use Firefox. This way I can look at it in firefox and my firewall is happier.

I noticed that when you upgrade if you click on the link (can't remember what it says now but it's there when it tells you the update is ready) it will take you to a page that lists all of the upgrades and what they fixed- a very nice feature IMO- so you can always check in there

You are so right Diane. I tried to save an image of a design I did a couple of months ago and could not save it as a .jpeg but I just tried again and it worked just fine. Maybe part of an upgrade?

Terry,

I don't understand. I just tried to export to an image file and the default for the image is .jpg. You can use .bmp but that is not the default. The legend is saved in Rich Text and there are no other options.

How are you doing it?
