Hi PC Stitch!

I have just bought PC Stitch Pro - though as it hasn't arrived yet, I'm still playing with the demo version; can't wait to receive the full version

I've just discovered the underlay feature (my old software didn't have this, so it's new to me); but when I tried to use it, all the stitches I inputted, although I chose colours to match the underlay picture, just came up black - when I removed the underlay, all I got was a large black 'lump' of squares on the grid. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just because I'm using the trial download?
Thanks for you help (P.S. when will my software arrive????)

Hello Mark
Thanks for your fast reply (can't get the hang of the time difference between USA and Europe!)

The first time I tried the Underlay feature, the squares came up black even though I'd selected colours. I've just had another go and it worked brilliantly. It must have been something I did or din't do, evin though I think I did the same thing! Doh!
Thanks again.

You should get color stitches if that is what you select from your palette. If you draw without an underlay image do you get the correct colors?
