I've used PCStitch for about a year and haven't had many problems. The last few days, however, I haven't been able to import new images to make patterns. I can open existing patterns, but when I import and choose my size, floss count, etc, the loading pop up freezes and the screen greys out saying "PCStitch not responding" and closes down.
I've even re-installed the program and re-started my computer and I still get the same message.
Help!

Genevieve,
What version of PCStitch are you using? Also, what version of Windows are you using? I've not heard of this problem. I suggest you send an email to Mark (mmiller@pcstitch.com) and ask for help.
