Since I updated my version of PC stitch a few days ago I can no longer use my older patterns. If I print a page of the pattern I am working with there are new symbols instead of the one's I was working with.
How do I solve this problem.

I have. But don't like this. I pick up the same color with the different symbol, and enter it into the intructions, that it's a half stitch.

Hi!
First: Sorry for my english . But i'm trying.
Second: When I make a chart, I put in much half stitches. And when I"d like to print, I use color blocks and symbols usually. But if I used dark colors with half stitches, I don't see the symbols, cause white, in the white background, with half stitch.
I hope, you understand my problem
thx

I'm glad I could help. :) I had the same thing happen to me before and freaked out for a bit before I realized what the problem was.

Thanks for the tip, it did work eventually, it took some time to find out what the original font was, but it works!

Do the patterns not work? Or is it just that the symbols have changed? If only the symbols are different, I assume when you updated the program the symbol font was changed.

To change it back: right-click on any colour in the palette, then select 'change symbol font' and change the font back to whichever one you were using before.

Hello,

I think the version I have is PC Stitch 7, it is now updated to version 7.0.18.
