I did not have a problem downloading the new version but I do have a problem using it.

Everytime I now I start it up using the desktop shortcut I get the following error message PCStitch Pro has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

There is a bebug button and a close program button - when I chose the debug button everything closes but then nothing happens.

I`ve uninstalled the program and reinstalled it several times and it still happens. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Thanks for the notification. I had been checking for updates because of the frequent posts of problems and I just updated to .004! It appears that the download problems I have historically had with this product have been solved. It took between 5 - 10 seconds to download the 7.4 MB (I think). That's fast for this site!

Mark found the problem and it has been fixed. There is a new download that corrects this problem.

You seem to be using Vista. The Appdata folder is normally hidden. I recommend you do the following (unless you already have hidden files visible).

In Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer):
Click on Tools
Select Folder Options
Select View Tab
Select to view hidden and system files
Select Apply

Now Open your username folder and click on Appdata and then traverse to get to the files mentioned. Copy those two files to a normally visible folder and then attach them to an email to Mark. It might help him.

I get this additional message
Description:
Stopped working

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Temp\WER580E.tmp.version.txt
C:\Users\.....\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA0B2.tmp.mdmp

I recommend you go to the PCStitch main site and use "Contact Us" to send a message about your problem. I have had no problems using it and I have Vista. I understand there were problems with 64 bit Vista but I have 32 bit Vista Ultimate.
