Hi all, First let me say quickly how much I enjoyed designing my first piece as a Christmas gift. It was just too cute.

However,,,,, I just purchased two sets of the pattern pieces, and I am having a dickens of a time loading them. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

They seem to load, under pretty much any directory I want to put them in, and when I look at the file in Windows explorer, they appear to be there, but I can't open them either from explorer or from my PC Stitch Pro.

So, any thoughts? I follow the wizard on the disc, but it just doesn't seem to work.

Thanks. Libby

Ok, Diane...This is soooo bizarre, but what you told me, I did any number of times and it didn't work.

So, after receiving your kind note explaining to me what to do, I did it again, and it worked.

It would seem I am good to go.

Thank you so much.

The pattern pieces are mostly pattern libraries. When you installed them, the next time you opened Pro, it should have noticed that they were older format and offered to upgrade them. Let it. Also, go to the Pattern Libraries and try to open one of the libraries you just installed. It will want to "convert it". Again, let it.

Does it find them at all?

Diane
There is no such thing as a stupid question
