Would any one be able to help me on yhe plastic canvas design studio software just received it 4 days ago and still can not get it to work have sent email to MR haven't heard back from them yet I have tried 10 times to install the program but after it shows its istalled when i try to open program i get runtime error 9 subscript out of range i have turned off all virus programs when installing same message i have got the newest upgrades from website still same message PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN THANK YOU |

You may need to uninstall before reinstalling. If you uninstall, make sure you answer Yes to any questions about deleting shared files that may no longer be in use.

I would try to download it again. Make sure when you download it that you select the correct operating system to match your machine. I just downloaded and installed it last week with no problem. I selected Vista and it works.
