Would any one be able to help me on yhe plastic canvas design studio software just received it 4 days ago and still can not get it to work have sent email to MR haven't heard back from them yet I have tried 10 times to install the program but after it shows its istalled when i try to open program i get runtime error 9 subscript out of range i have turned off all virus programs when installing same message i have got the newest upgrades from website still same message PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN THANK YOU

You may need to uninstall before reinstalling. If you uninstall, make sure you answer Yes to any questions about deleting shared files that may no longer be in use.

I would try to download it again. Make sure when you download it that you select the correct operating system to match your machine. I just downloaded and installed it last week with no problem. I selected Vista and it works.
