Posted - 10/11/2006 : 18:13:46 I have been reading some of the new posts today and it suddenly occured to me that most of us are using the posts as a place to voice our problems... and yes that includes me!!! But I personally just wanted to say to M&R that you really are doing a great job and thanks!! I mean in a perfect world we'd have perfect software that never had a glich, but hey in the world we do have I think that you are doing a super job in trying to help everyone... I mean there are A LOT OF POSTS... man, if it was me that had to deal with all of them I'd get really depressed and well maybe even say 'I give up' But you (M&R) haven't given up and as a customer I really appreciate your hard work and your effort.... and of course I'll still post if I have any new probs...hehehe
You're Great!!! Huggs 2 U

Posted - 10/18/2006 : 10:00:10 Thanks for the positive feedback! I'll have to admit that some days it seems like all we have are problems, but comments like these make it all worthwhile!

Posted - 10/14/2006 : 10:38:39 I have been using PC Stitch for years. I have stitched a picture of my Mother and Father, my husband, and myself. These I will give to our son. Right now I am doing a picture of him when he was little. After that I want to do my great grand nephew and niece for their parents. I love this program. I now have arthritis in my left hand and it hurts to crochet so I stitch. Thanks so much to all the people at PC stitch.

Posted - 10/12/2006 : 21:43:43 I think this is the greatest way to share experiences (positive and negative) about software we love to use. It is complex enough that I do not think anybody can consider themselves an "expert" on EVERY part of the software.
This board gives us the opportunity to ask for help as well as share the "goodies" we find.
I echo the thanks for providing us with this ability!

Posted - 10/12/2006 : 21:29:43 Hi I second that thanks for not only creating the software but for working with us in an open and honest way. I work with public on the internet and have to deal with people on a daily basis, but that open and honest approch to addressing customer problems is the only way to do business. Thanks Susan |

I second this post!! It's not very often the producers of a software program work with the users to iron out glitches and offer support. Kudos! |
