Has the forum on Ellen Mauer-Stroh's website been deactivated?

Thanks for getting back to me about this Diane. It is indeed a sad day. I loved that site. Didn't frequent it as much lately but still found it fun and informative to go to.

Thanks too for the info about the other site. I'll check into it.

I am sad to say that the EMS Cross-Stitch board ended at the end of March, 2017.

There are many reasons for the change but it was active for over 13 years total, one of the longest records in this field. Many of us are now members of Bea's Cross Stitch Place at - http://beaj-crossstitchplace.com/

That site was made as a "spin-off" from the EMS board.

Some of the patterns are still available at Ellen's main site and others are still available for a fee at PatternsOnline.

I speak from experience about the sadness in the closing of the board. I was the Administrator for the site for more than 12 years! I'm still having withdrawal pains!

There is no such thing as a stupid question
