Can you add to a palette after you already started your pattern

Can you at colors to palette after you already started a pattern

Of course!

Your palette, whether saved or not is just what you have defined for use in that pattern. If you find a color is missing, by all means, add it to the palette and either accept the default symbol or change it to one you think is better.

If, after time, you find a color you had defined is either not being used or not appropriate, you can just delete it (if not used) or replace it with another color.

Adds/changes/deletions to the flosses you used (your palette) is completely under your control!
