I am wondering how I can fit text on 11 count aida . I see only even numbers for the cloth size. Please reply,, as I need to get this done soon.. Thanks tons !

2 points:
1 - You can manually enter other numbers that are not in the drop down menu.
2 - Charts are charts. The chart may say 14 count, or 18 count or whatever and give recommended number of strands to be used. You can use whatever you want. If you want to do the chart on 11 count, fine! It will just be a little bit bigger in all directions and you might have to increase the strand count. The floss usage chart and states sizes will be wrong but you can make your own figuring and guesses.
This is true for any chart whether it is a purchased physical one or an electronic one like PCStitch.
