Posted - 03/13/2017 : 08:30:41 It may be a bug. the default is Black foreground and white background.
I have no idea because print is supposed to be independent of the display.

I've replied to your series of PDFs. They don't really help. I do encourage you to have someone help you make some screenshots showing the problem.
Good Luck,

Posted - 03/12/2017 : 15:08:33 The background for the stitching and the background for the printing are two totally different issues. You don't see the overlapping while you create the patterns, only for the printing.
Maybe I'm not fully understanding what you are doing.
Maybe you should email me and then send attachments (screenshots or scans) so I can see what you are really doing.

Posted - 02/26/2017 : 07:45:37 Make sure the overlap COUNT is set. The default value is 2. You will not see an overlap on the first page. You only see the overlap when it's not the first time those stitches were shown. The top group of pages will only have the overlap on the left side (after the first). Subsequent "rows" will have them on the top and those after the first in the row will have it on the top and left.
I have never had it fail and I rarely have other than white backgrounds. I print just symbols and use color only for the backstitch lines.
