I was working on a graph when my pc kind of freaked out, so I quickly hit save on a graph that I had already saved earlier but wanted to save the progress. I restarted my pc and re-opened PC Stitch tried to open my graph and I get the following error
PCStitch encountered error -1 opening pattern file C:\Users
I have restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing.... I was working on a cross stitch that is 350 x 263 and was about a third of the way complete but now I can't access the file....
please please please can anyone help?

Heather,
This is one you need to take to Mark. You can find him through the member list here. When you send him the email asking for help, please try to tell him how your PC "freaked out".
The more information you can give him, the better.
