(I live in Sweden and cannot use the 800-number) Don't know what happened, maybe I did not get my emailadress correctly filled in...
I really really want this program. Anyone with the same experience that might have some surgestion for me about how to get in contact ????? |

Was the key used twice on the same machine? That may be the problem. If you upgraded an existing machine, you should be able to just use it with no problem.
Part of the response problem could be the time of year. Things are getting incredibly busy right now.

i have different problem, but i dont want create new topic.
I bought pc stitch to my mom two years before. Have all, activation code and purchase email.
But three months before my mother update operating system to windows 7 and now when she enter activation code, she have some error 101. The key is used.
I wrote a pm 2 weeks before to Mark on this forum and withhout response. So i tried use official contact on website and no response too.
So who can help me?? Im really frustrated with this " service" . I legally bought this program and now i cant use it?
