Posted - 06/13/2011 : 15:21:11 Please, Please, Please, come up with a PC Stitch app for iPad and other tablets. There are a couple of cross stitch apps, but they're complete junk. Clunky, inflexible, and almost zero interaction.
You've got a great product with PCStitch Pro. I'd love to be able to use it on an iPad.
Thanks for listening.

Yes. I saw an app from Coffee Shop Works called XStitcher does it. I'm a small inventory kind of girl, so I haven't purchased it ($1.99), but it gets fairly decent reviews.
Happy Stitching!

I can see recreating all the apps functionality in an iPad app has got to be a huge undertaking. Aside from the fact that editing an pattern on an iPad can be difficult from a user perspective as well.
But I think having a view app would be completly appropate for this type of device. Yes you can genereate PDFs and have them on there but a native app that lets you zoom in and change from colors to b/w or virtual stitches to symbols would be great and probably much easier to use that move through a PDF. |
