I want to start a new file, with a blank floss palette so I can create my own without have to "erase" the palette that is automatically created. Can that be done and how?

I just save a project with a blank floss palette in a working folder I created. Then I can open that project when I want a blank palette.

I don't know if you can have a "blank" palette but I know exactly what you mean. I have a "default palette" with ONE color - DMC 310. As soon as I start a new pattern, I right-click on that one color and do a "Remove". It's just one step of creating a new pattern.
