When you install PCStitch, there is, from the start, a PDF manual. There should be a link to it with all the shortcuts created at install time.

Also, to the right at the top of the window is "Help". One of the items in that list is "Tutorials" which is just what it says. I don't think it has changed since PCStitch 7, except possibly updated for the newer user interface (ribbons) but then, the basics haven't changed since PCStitch went to windows somewhere around PCStitch 4 or 5.

There is also access to a help, similar to the PDF manual but context driven.

Give it a try. Above all, don't be afraid to click. Especially in a learning situation, you can't really hurt anything.
