Hi have two questions:

1) I just upgraded from 10 to 11. Just to be safe, do I have to convert all my current 10 files to 11 ones? Or will number 12, when it comes, be able to open them?

2) How do I make 11 remember my toolbar customisations? It keeps going back to full menu every time I open it. I'm using the old type menu.

Thanks

Amber

Every version of PCStitch to this point has accepted the formats of its version and all previous versions. I don't think I have ever seen any version earlier than 5 but the latest versions do export to PCStitch 7. I don't know why, but that seems to be a base point.

You don't have to convert any of your patterns to 11. However, if you edit any and save it, it will automatically be converted to 11. That means you will no longer be able to open that file with PCStitch 10.

As for your other question, I don't know. I use the ribbon and have no problems. You might want to use the contact us to try to get that question answered. It's not often, but I do occasionally get stumped!

Good Luck,

Diane
