I've bought pc stitch 10 two days ago. My order number 67865
I've got an unlock key by email
I have downloaded the trial version and click Register & Unlock button.
I wrote my name and key but there is an error message;
the error message is "verification failure" and the screen is below..
can you help me please?
I have also sent this problem to customerservice@pcstitch.com by email, but there is not any answer yet.

Try rebooting and then uninstalling and re-installing. If that doesn't work and you haven't heard from customer service, look up Mark's profile here on this board and send him a message.
Give Mark all pertinent details including your operating system. It might help.
