When I put my chart in symbols mode every symbol has solid black behind it. It was fine this morning and I can't figure out what is going on. Any help????

Thanks-
Joan

All fixed! Thank you Mark! I had somehow chosen a wrong cloth color in the settings, probably when I was fidgeting with things.

I am working in PCStitch 10 through Parallels on my Mac. This is the first pattern I've worked in this program. I've been working on it for a week or two and it has been fine all along. The pattern prints out fine despite the problems on the screen. I would like to be able to see the symbols properly on the screen.

I did reboot and there are no changes. I've sent a screen shot to Jennifer to see if she has an answer. I can't seem to attach a shot here.

I'm taking a guess that you're working with PCStitch 10 and moved the thread to a more appropriate area.

You gave no details -- what level PCStitch are you working on? What operating system are you using? Is it just one pattern? Can you use a backup (usually automatically made) that is correct?

Have you tried to reboot and see if that changes the pattern?

The best way to get an answer with a software problem is to use the contact us and if that doesn't work -- contact Mark.

Without more information, there's not much to hang our hats on to try to help.
