Wondering if anyone can help. I went to buy pc stitch and got an error message so backed out and tried again and it worked. However ive been billed twice now.

So i get the code and the software and begin making a huge amazing cross stitch. Then i get many errors, it cant save or export to JPEG so i keep making it and think i can just screenshot it. 2 days later im still working on it then the whole thing freezes so i give up and just delete it. I now went back on to make a smaller version, spend the day making it and go to save it and it says i need to upgrade to the full version.

What on earth is going on? Ive been billed twice and now the software isnt working anymore. Ive tried contacting via email for the past 2 days but to no avail. I really love the program so im a bit dissappointed at the moment.

I suggest the first thing to try is to use the contact us point for the main PCStitch site and explain the issue. Also, contest the 2nd billing with your credit card company. In no way are you expected to pay twice.

If all else fails, use the membership list here to find the profile for "Mark" and send him an email explaining all the problems you are having with as much detail as possible -- including what operating system you are using as well as all the details that caused you to be charged twice.

Good Luck,

Diane
