When printing a pattern, I'm finding that I have to go onto the Information Sheet tab every time I print and reselect/deselect options. They are not being saved with the pattern.
For example, every time I print, I have to reselect "Show only flosses in the Pattern" and deselect "Stitch Count."

Try going to Tools > Options.
Under Printing, select Info Sheet Options and set your "defaults" there. They should be remembered from print to print.
