Somehow I managed to make my background blue on the grid. How do I change it back to black on white?

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to with only the grid lines.

First, the grid lines aren't black, they are light gray for the normal lines and the bolder are just a darker gray.

The background of the pattern itself (including the behind the grid lines) is determined by the patterns properties -- the Display option.

That tab allows you to set the background of the entire pattern and you can change the color of the grid lines from that same tab.

Good Luck,

Diane
