Good evening, I just bought the PCStitch 10 and am having issues downloading. I have a windows 8 and it tells me access denied. What am I doing wrong?   |

I did contact a Jennifer Henderson and she helped me out as I was trying to down load as a user on my computer instead of an admin. so I have installed and am already on roll. thank you for responding!! Happy stitching!!

I have no idea. I suggest you contact Mark (use his profile on this board to contact him) about this issue.
The product is pre-windows 8 but I understand it is supported under 8 and 8.1.
