Posted - 08/27/2014 : 21:55:41 Some of my .pat files are saved as thumbnails, where I can see the pattern before I open the file; but some are saved as PC Stitch icons, where I can't see the pattern.
What gives? How can I have PC Stitch save the .pats as thumbnails all of the time? It looks like the newer patterns I've made display as icons. |

You've got this posted under PCStitch 10 but one of the folders listed is for Pro 9. I don't know if that is pat of the situation.
I do note that it appears (by the colors) that you are using Windows Vista. That is not a problem but it may be part of the situation.
Good Luck -- I would be interested in knowing the answer (although most of my patterns, of any format are zipped to make it faster to run anti-virus scans as well as make backups.
