Posted - 06/11/2016 : 22:12:19 There is a shortcut created when you install for that manual so you shouldn't have to make an extra copy of it.
Thinking about it, you might be able to use Calibre and make a mobi form of it so you can read it on your kindle or fire. There are other options for other ebook readers but I'm not that familiar with their formats. I KNOW I can convert a PDF to a mobi for my kindle and it usually works fine (once you get the options set right).

Posted - 06/11/2016 : 18:04:40 This topic has been such a great help. I just found the PDF manual and printed it. I want it available whenever I need it. I also did a "save as" copy of the PDF in a PCStitch document file. I don't want to have to look for it again and this way I know I won't lose it on this computer somewhere. Thanks everyone.

Posted - 09/26/2013 : 20:31:26 NO. That is a violation of copyright to share that PDF.
Look at your shortcuts that were created. If the link is not there, go to the folder where you installed PCStitch 10 (default is "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" with a folder of PCStitch 10. The pdf is there. I just looked and I have it, too.

Posted - 09/26/2013 : 15:48:56 If you're waiting for the CD version, I recommend you download and install the free evaluation version and there will be a shortcut to the PDF manual. As far as I know, it is not available separate from the program itself.
The CD does NOT include a printed manual, the PDF is the only manual available.
Good Luck,

Refresh my memory, I've had the program a long time and can't find the pdf either. It could be useful to have stuff on paper :)
Found mine! Search your computer for 'PCStich 10 Help.pdf', and then put it somewhere you know you would find it. Or print it out :)

Posted - 08/25/2013 : 12:16:18 Thanks so much for this post. It is exactly what I need as a new PCStitch user. I learn much better by reading a manual to learn what's possible. |

Posted - 05/14/2013 : 20:29:55 I think it's where your PCStitch 10 is installed. I don't have the shortcut to it since I was testing before that was added.

Posted - 05/14/2013 : 16:04:13 There is a PDF that can be printed -- if you want -- that is installed with the program. You should have a link to it from the install.
