I got PC10 for Christmas, so this version is new to me. My main use for the program is the "import" function, and now I can't use it! The first time it worked fine, but now the popup screen for the function is so large it doesn't all fit on my monitor -- I can't even reach the "ok" button, let alone the size, floss, adjustment, etc., settings, and there are no sliders to move the page.

This is probably a setting on my computer somewhere rather than in the program, so can anyone advise?

Thanks! I knew it had to be something like that. I just wonder why it worked the first time <g>.

Jaf,

There are two possibilities that I can think of.

Is your computer set for "Large Fonts". I don't remember where the setting is but I remember it causing some problems with earlier versions of PCStitch with positioning of some of the icons.

The other possibility is your computer monitor's resolution setting. It seems like this is expecting a resolution larger than what you are expecting, therefore the window does not fit.

If neither of these ideas make sense, I suggest you contact Mark (use the main PCStitch "Contact Us") and ask for help. Remember that you may not get an answer before Tuesday since tomorrow is "officially" a holiday in the US.

Good Luck,

Diane
