Posted - 11/23/2011 : 14:59:29 Is it not possible anymore to use different symbol fonts in one pattern? I really liked this option in PC Stitch9. |

Posted - 11/25/2011 : 10:36:29 I got the font working, but had to create a new color and symbol and replace the old one with it. Very strange. I also noticed when I created a new pattern that the problem is solved. Good one!

Posted - 11/25/2011 : 05:33:22 Hi Diane, I tried it once more just to be sure. All of my colors, but one, have the font "pcstitch symbols 2". Since I wanted a "2" a symbol, I had to change to "pcstitch symbols". My "2" does not show in the floss palette, in stead I get the symbol for the other font, in this case "C". When I print the Information Sheet, in the first legend I get the "2" but with the full stitches legend it shows "C" again.
Very odd.

Posted - 11/24/2011 : 08:21:19 Are you sure your symbol font showed properly in the symbol panel? I did a quick test last night before I replied and it worked fine for me. I could clearly see the various symbol fonts represented in the palette panel.

Posted - 11/24/2011 : 01:54:54 Sorry, I didn't explain it correctly. I can change the font in the symbol panel, but when I choose a symbol it doesn't show the right one in my color palette.

Posted - 11/23/2011 : 17:36:33 I don't see a problem. It's just like PCStitch 9. Select your colors and then set your symbols. It pre-sets them based on the default font but you can change the symbol and font easily. Just point to the color you want to set, select the symbols palette and then select the font and symbol you want.
