I miss the pattern picture in Windows Explorer. All there is now is an icon. I do patterns with varying colors, hues, sizes, fabric and now I can't view them all at once to compare them.

Thank you. The reinstallation and update solved the problem

The DLL that shows the thumbnails is a shell extension dll, and they can be temperamental to get installed. You might want to try uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling and see if that brings the thumbnails back.

I've got a folder of PCStitch 10 tests (admittedly, older PCStitch 10 format) and in Medium or above icons, it shows as thumbnails, not the little icon.

It doesn't matter Mark. Any design saved in PCS 10 shows up as an icon. Even previous versions changed and saved in 10 lose the pic and become an icon.

This should still be working. Is your explorer view set to one of the large icons or thumbnail views?
